Common questions

What's the difference between Sprint and Season?

Same coaching features. Sprint is $89 USD ($119 CAD) for one month and 15 cases. Season is $229 USD ($299 CAD) for three months and 50 cases: a bit more than Sprint's monthly pace, and you save about 15% vs three Sprints and never think about renewing mid-recruiting.

Is 1:1 coaching with Chang included?

No. 1:1 coaching with Chang is sold separately: $250 USD for a single session, or The Case Room Intensive ($1,500 USD, by application). Platform tiers include the AI coach, not Chang's personal time.

Can I cancel Sprint?

Yes. Cancel anytime. You keep access through the end of your current billing period.

What's the refund policy?

Purchases are non-refundable. Cancelling a subscription stops future charges and you keep access through the end of the period you've paid for, but completed charges aren't refunded. Try the free case first to make sure the coaching works for you. Full details in our Terms.
